wow, my gf rocks! POSTED AT 11:12 PM so Roy, you're gonna love this. (and possibly K-Tea, if you read anymore) part of my bday present from Heidi was a hardcopy of my tabulas from 2002-2003.... she got all the entries, comments, moods and music preferences. Ah, some solid night stand reading material of the year I met her <3 lol, i think her initial goal was to do it all, but 5 years of entries is definitely a large task. anyway, now its a physical jnl too :D
oh, and life is going pretty well, busy as hell, it seems like my entire being is in a state of change right now. perhaps more to come if i can sit down and write it. Feeling: touched 2 thought about it

i'm alive POSTED AT 04:02 PM No worries people, I'm alive and well. There really isn't too much going on in my life that's worth writing about. Yes, it is kinda sad, but hopefully there will be notable changes in the near future! So lets see, in the time since I last wrote a serious entry a few things have happened. Most importantly, Heidi and I successfully completed our break and have reunited. We're happy as can be and plan to move in together next May. Exciting stuff. Fall has been cruising along at work, nothing much to report there. I've been involved in a bunch of new projects, and am considered a point person in a few areas. There will be some changes in the near future and it will be interesting to see where they take me. More to come on that if I ever post again. Heidi, Jesse, Jess, Tate, Lindsey, Carla & I all went to the DIK house and then to Hillsborough st for Halloween. That was definitely a surprise. It was pretty hoppin and active, although it was maybe about 1/10th as big as Franklin st. If more places would be open and they would close at least part of the street, i could see this event becoming pretty big in the near future. Heidi was Little Red Riding Hood and I was the Big Bad Wolf (Tuffy, State mascot version) this year. Pictures are on Facebook! (tm). I'm pretty excited about the holidays this year. It should be a family-tastic Thanksgiving this year, with mine & Heidi's families in town. Heidi and I are also tentatively planning a vacation to New Hampshire to see her mom and stepdad right after Christmas. Some exciting snowmobiling & night skiing could ensue if we manage to get that idea to reality. NC State is having a come back second half of their football season, winning three in a row! I'm trying not to get too excited about the UNC game, because that will certainly lead to a miserable NCSU style collapse (as most usual). We've got tickets, so I'm going to calmly look forward to that one. I went up to Michigan to see them play Penn St. with my mom, went with Heidi to see them play Minnesota, and Jesse and I will go up for the Ohio St. game in two weeks. Good Stuff, and Go Blue in that one! and don't worry Roy, I won't betray Tabulas like Apu did. :-p hmm, time to go get some misc junk done before the pats vs the colts epic battle of the century ( or so the media will have us think). toodlers ps, rocking the professional beard these days, so i'm gonna go with the scruffy post pic.

vacation in sight! POSTED AT 10:31 PM So its official, we're going to the beach in a week. Its going to be the hotness. I have wanted to take a week of vacation since ohhhhhh maybe February? Yea. Its been too long. I haven't really taken a week since I started with my company either. My last vacation to NH with Heidi last year only was only 3 days actually off from work. This one will be 6 (a total of 10 days with weekends)! Hopefully I feel refreshed and recharged, ready to continue doing what I do. I think I'm about to see a lot of changes at my job in the near future. Maybe I'll outline them in a friends-only entry sometime soon. I had bad Thai tonight. I think it was called "Taste of Thai" or something, but the only good part was the Raspberry Lemonade. mmmmmm. Tate and Tyrone were sufficiently pleased though. It sucks to pay over 20 bucks for food you're unhappy with. I'm gonna go cry a river here. oh and I drove on the new part of 540 before it opened... whoopsie! (without traffic it saved 15 mins on my drive, YESSS) i posted in July, allllllllllllllllllllright! maybe i'll post about the vay-kay (no tyrone, not the va-jay-jay) when I get back. latas

can my school pull off the impossible? POSTED AT 12:55 PM can the Wolfpack win four in a row in the ACCT? Everyone has thought that the team would be too fatigued each game after the first, but they have kept playing tough. Today will be the biggest test. Can we win our first ACC title in 20 years? To win we need some combination of the following to happen: a. 15 or less turnovers b. have 50% or greater field goal percentage c. make a lot of free throws d. slow down the game enough to run our offense through engin e. let the red jacket lead us to victory Feeling: giddy |
